Good Oral hygiene is essential to every human being. The way you care for you oral cavity says a lot about the way you care about yourself in general and also has an impact on the way people will perceive you. Once an odor is perceived from your mouth it can change the level of respect someone has for you. Additionally, bad oral hygiene can lead to a number of health problems, and degrade your overall health state. Hence the need to take good care of our mouths.

Tips for Good Oral Hygiene;
- Brush at least twice daily, use dental floss if you can, also tongue scrappers are very wonderful.
- Use of a chewing stick is highly recommended. It helps to whiten the teeth among others. I usually combine the toothbrush and chewing stick while brushing.
- If by any chance you cannot brush at night atleast use the chewing stick.
- Spend time while brushing. Concentrate on your tongue, use upward and downward strokes for your teeth. Don't forget the roof of your mouth. Do a superficial brush first rinse your mouth and then brush thoroughly.
- Have mints lying around so you can pop them in your mouth once you loose that freshness.
- Avoid raw onions and garlic. And make sure to drink lots of water.
